We have worked in Business for over 25 years and running a construction business with all its staff requirements including management, office administrators, accounts staff, logistics and warehouse staff, Site staff. This gives us a great opportunity to offer career advice and help with up skilling as we have talked the talk but we have also walked the walk.
We have had to up skill our workforce to enable us to future proof the company this can be challenging and we had to find ways to do this.
